1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are custom-made and require production time before shipping.
  • Standard production time is typically 7-10 business days after order approval and payment.
  • Large or complex orders may require additional time. We will provide an estimated completion date upon order confirmation.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

  • We offer local pickup at our facility:
    📍 Pickup Location: 5955 chemin St-Francois, Ville St-Laurent
     Pickup Hours: APPOINTMENTS ONLY
  • Shipping is available upon request. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
  • Delivery times depend on the carrier and selected shipping method. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
    • Local (Québec & Canada): 3-5 business days
    • International: 7 business days

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs vary based on order size, weight, and destination.
  • A shipping quote will be provided before finalizing your order.

4. Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable).
  • Solution Marketing & Affichages INC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier.
  • If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

6. International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
