- Standard production time is typically 7-10 business days after order approval and payment.
- Large or complex orders may require additional time. We will provide an estimated completion date upon order confirmation.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time
- We offer local pickup at our facility:

⏰ Pickup Hours: APPOINTMENTS ONLY - Shipping is available upon request. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
- Delivery times depend on the carrier and selected shipping method. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Local (Québec & Canada): 3-5 business days
- International: 7 business days

4. Tracking & Delivery
